Customers will be seeing what looks like 'duplicated' usage reporting on the control for last night and this morning. This has been caused by a database migration that is taking longer than expected. The usage 'duplication' has been caused by usage reports being missed and so on subsequent hours the usage has been spread equally across missed hours. This means that overall the usage reporting will be correct, but an individual hour will be incorrect. This has also affected a few other related things such as the Line Colour states.
Usage reporting is now back to normal.
