Over the coming week we'll be upgrading our spam servers. This is involving new hardware as well as using a newer spam software version (Spamassassin), and some other changes and tweaks. We'd appreciate any feedback of mail being incorrectly marked as spam or not. Please email the headers in to support@aa.net.uk and we'll be happy to look in to them. This is in part related to the status post about the 'learning' system - that post will be updated too.
