Thanks for the texts from customers over night, and sorry not posted sooner. Our monitoring systems have picked up some serious BT issues for lines going via Milton Keynes, both 20CN and 21CN.

This has been ongoing during the night, but lines are mostly back up around 5am.

Obviously we are trying to get an explanation from BT.

Whilst most lines are back, it seems a few are "stuck" in BT somewhere. If you are not able to get on-line please let support know.

A lot of 21CN lines just came on-line

So, summary, around midnight all lines via the Milton Keynes RASs went down. At around 5am the 20CN lines came back and at around 07:30 the 21CN lines came back. It looks like most lines have reconnected now.
