DESCRIPTION
We're investigating reports if some incoming calls not arriving/
Resolution: A change to the database on one of our backends caused phone registration information to fail which caused some incoming calls to fail. The change was reverted at 15:32 and calls are now working. This was a change that has been running in test systems successfully for weeks, but further investigations will be carried out.

We've seen some customers experience timeouts with VoIP calls or registrations at around 14:45 and 16:10 this afternoon.
Resolution: The cause has been identified and we don't expect any more interruptions to the service today.

We are erroneously sending a 'new device' notification for each VoIP registration, these are only meant to be sent when we see a registration from a NEW device. This is being investigated and we apologise for the multiple emails.

Some incoming calls are having the CLI incorrectly set to the number called instead of the number calling. This means that some customers are seeing calls coming in that show their own phone number instead of that of the caller.

We have two VoIP servers, A.Voiceless and B.Voiceless. Currently B.Voiceless is offline and A.Voiceless has been set to take all traffic whilst we investigate the problem.

DESCRIPTION
We're raising a fault with one of our VoIP carriers where some incoming calls are ending after a few seconds. This isn't all calls, it may be specific to calls from some mobile numbers - we're still investigating.
Resolution: This issue only related to ported numbers on one of our carriers, and even then not all ported numbers as it depended on the route calls took getting in to the carrier's network. The carrier fixed the problem with the SIP messages and calls have been fine since 21:45 this evening. Ported numbers we have with our other carriers were unaffected.
