As some of you may know, the new system for migrations of broadband lines comes in this weekend. See http://aa.net.uk/news-20150601-not.html We expect to enable the new notice emails during this week, maybe even today. These will be sent for customers migrating away from us, and migrating to us (when order commits) and include the options for cancelling the migration. We are also taking this opportunity to include notices for services ceasing - either because you have requested a cease, or unsolicited (e.g. if ceasing phone line causes cease of broadband). In any case, if leaving us, the notice details any early termination charges. If any issues, concerns, or questions, please let us know.
