We are investigating a problem with some customers unable to send or receive SMSs through our service.
We have multiple SMS gateways and one of them looks to have a problem. We're taking that one out of service for the time being.
The fault has been narrowed down to a problem for SIP2SIM customers who use scripts to process outgoing SMSs from the SIM. Staff are still investigating.
This has been fixed.
