We are seeing what looks to be congestion on some BT connected circuits. This started Saturday 16th November and is resulting in low levels of packetloss in the evenings. We are investigating this and will be reporting it to BT.

BT have identified and fixed the problem today. A router within BT was not balancing traffic correctly.
