From 8th April we will be starting an upgrade to our LNS routers. This involves us moving lines overnight, using the preferred time as set on the control pages as a basis. This will be ongoing over the next few of weeks, impacting a small proportion of customers each night with a PPP drop and reconnect. Depending on your equipment this could be anything from a fraction of a second outage to a few minutes. Thank you for your patience.
The overnight work didn't quite go to plan, and as a result one of our LNSs has twice the normal number of lines connected to it. We're needing to move some of these off, which will cause a short PPP blip for some customers. This will be done now.
Lines are now on the right LNS, and the nightly upgrades will continue.
