Summary It has been reported by the TTB Assurance Team that JDSU Testing is currently unavailable through Portal and FMS. Technical / Suspected Root Cause It had been reported by the TTB Assurance Team that JDSU Testing was unavailable through Portal and FMS. When attempting to run a JDSU test, an error message of Error : QT: No contact with testhead was seen. This was resulting in Agents and Partners being unable to contact the JDSU testhead to diagnose faults. The Access Network team had confirmed that no changes were made from their point of view which would result in this issue, after further investigation by the Access Network team they advised the cause was due to a script deleted half the info off a backend server, in order to restore service they were able to restore the config files which then restored service. The incident is now confirmed as resolved. Â
