We will be bringing up a new cross-datacentre fibre link between our two London datacentres. (Telehouse and Harbour Exchange) We already have two links, this is a third to further increase resilience. No customer impact is expected.
We had errors on the link when we bought it up. This would have caused some packetloss to some destinations for a couple of minutes. The link has been shut down and we'll investigate it further.
