We're seeing some TalkTalk lines reconnecting - these are looking a little odd - they seem to be mostly in the north half of the UK, and lines seem to be dropping once and then reconnecting. This has been going on since 15:30.
Lines seem to be stable as of 15:56. We're awaiting a reply from TalkTalk though.
there was a small number of lines drops between 15:55 and 16:10... so all is not 100% ok yet.
TalkTalk were aware of these drops - and are raising an incident. However, lines have been stable since 16:15 - but do get in touch if your line is still down.

Lines still remain stable. The problem has probably 'gone away', hopefully we'll get more insight in to the cause from TalkTalk's incident report.
