At 10:20 a number of BT lines dropped, we're investigating.
The cause is same BT hostlink that dropped earlier in the week, but this time it's the other fibre in the pair that has lost light. Customer connections will be reconnecting at the moment.
The majority of customers are back online, we're in contact with BT. This is similar to incident 42798 where BT lost light and changed the card at their end, but this is the other fibre in the pair.
Service is back to normal. Incident has been raised with BT, we'll update as we get updates.

The BT hostlink regained service at 15:45 with no further interruption to customer's services.
At 10:20 about 30% of customers dropped there connection and reconnected within a few minutes. Service was back to normal by 10:28. One of our 4 links to BT had loss of light. BT replaced a faulty LIM (Line Interface Module) card at Greenwich later in the afternoon.
