BT have planned work on one of the fibre pairs on one of our hostlinks. We will take this link out of service to avoid disruption to customers.
We have cleanly drained the traffic off the link that BT will be working on later.
BT's planned work was carried out overnight, but still caused some BT lines to drop and reconnect at around 2:30AM.
The disruption between 02:29 and 02:37 was caused by BT's Planned work. However, a communications error on our side meant we shut down the wrong link to BT. We do apologise for this! We do not expect any further drops though.
