We have changed the way we apply minimum terms. Instead of charging for all of the service to the end of the minimum term, we now charge an early termination fee for the period from the cease/migrate to the end of the term. This is a simple fee based on the tariff and line type. We are also scrapping the 30 day notice requirement. Whilst the old system was simple, it did not fit OFCOM rules for the new migration system.
