Since 2012-07-12 we have been seeing Packet loss approx 7pm to 11pm on all BT BERMONDSEY exchange lines.
BT Operate are investiagting.
No news from operate yet, will chase first thing tomorrow.
BT still do not seem to have got anywhere.
We have escalated this within BT and we have been told they will investigate this.
Ports look to be over utilised. BTO will be contacting capacity management tomorrow (20/7/12) to request some of the Vlans are moved off of these ports.
Chasing BT for an update.
Capacity managment should get back to us later today.
An update has been requested regarding this.
Capacity management are saying this may take up to 3 - 4 weeks to fix, we are escalating the issue.
BT have a conference call reference this issue this morning, should hopefully get more news on it this afternoon.
BT are migrating the circuits to different VLANs, they believe the work should be completed either tonight or tomorrow.
We will keep an eye on the progress.
Some lines look better, however some still have loss.
