Our wholesale links to BE appear to have failed. We are reporting to them - updates to follow.
At present it looks like it was planned engineering work in Telehouse North that affects our links to BE, and somehow we were not informed properly.
We should always receive notifications of anything planned, so we will investigate this to work out what went wrong.
Lines did come back after a few hours.
This was planned work by BE, but some how we missed the email with the notification that they sent us. We have updated our processes as a result and these should not be missed in the future. We do apologise for the lack of notice.
