We're investigating why a small number of L2TP customers have having troubles reconnecting since a software upgrade was performed.
This was a result of some planned maintenance not working as planned. It impacted a handful of customers, but we should have a permanent fix in place shortly.
The issue has been resolved - sorry for any inconvenience caused.
