Between 03:00 - 05:00 Sunday 17th we will be upgrading software some of our switch stacks in London.
We expect this to cause some disruption to broadband services.
This work about to start
We have a par of switches to upgrade, the first one is being upgraded now.
First switch being rebooted now.
Second switch is being upgraded and rebooted now.
Upgrades have completed we are waiting for thing to catch up and calm down before closing this post.
During the upgrades a lot of sessions connected to our spare LNS.
As such we are having to clear L2TP sessions off this LNS, so some customer will see another short ppp reconnect.
Upgrades completed - there are more next Sunday morning.
