Customers may be missing some email messages in their inboxes. This has been caused by syncing problems within our email servers which has caused messages on one set of servers not to have been synced across to the other.
Email is being synced at the moment, customers inboxes should have email back to normal shortly.
All email is back in sync. We do apologise to customers for the disruption this caused.
