We're investigating a faulty switch in Telehouse. This will have some impact on services, we're reviewing this at the moment.
We have access to the switch are are investigating why it has shut down. As almost all of our equipment is connected to multiple switches this incident has very little customer impact and services are running normally.
We're bringing the switch back in to service, we don't expect this to have any impact on customers.
The switch is back in service. We're still investigating the initial cause of the problem.
