Our supplier has a problem with being unable to activate data SIMs. We are awaiting them to fix their systems, but at the moment new and existing SIMs are not able to be activated.
This is still on going. Some systems have been fixed, but not all. Data SIMs are still unable to be activated, and we're still unable to request SIMs to be activated manually by our supplier.
Update from our supplier: "I can confirm that our developers are actively working on this issue to resolve it as soon as possible, and we will keep you updated as they work to resolve this."
We were able to activate SIMs again on Friday afternoon.
