The usual Direct Debit collections for 1st of the month are delayed to 2nd. We do apologise for any concern this may cause. Direct Debits scheduled for today (29th Oct) are also delayed to 2nd. This is within the "on or immediately after" requirements of the Direct Debit rules (which allow 3 working days), and as such we will not be issuing new Direct Debit collection notices for these.
