We're seeing a number oif BT connections as down - we're investigating.
Lines are reconnecting.
This was caused by one of our links to BT having a fault resulting in traffic being re-routed within BT which does cause connections to drop and reconnect.
The link is still down. Most customers have reconnected via our other links. We're in touch with BT about the fault.
Service remains stable. BT are aware of a fault at their end.
BT have engineers on site investigating. We expect the link to be restored by this evening. Service is unaffected whilst this link is down.
The link was restored, but did drop once for a short amount of time causing a blip for a small amount of customers. We're monitoring it.
BT had a fibre fault affecting one of our links on one of our hostlinks. Resolved 21:30
