We're seeing packet loss on all customer lines on BT GI-B BRASes.
It started gradually around 16:30 and has built up throughout the evening causing problems with traffic sensitive to the loss, such as VoIP.
BT have been informed.
BTO are still investigating.
Bt are going to be testing this tonight to get a better idea of the cause.
BT could not see anything last night, even though the issue did occur.
BT are going to escalate this internally and look it into further possibilities.
BT believe they have identified where the issue is but not yet what is causing it.
BTO are investigating where they believe the issue is being caused and hope to be able to give more info soon.
BT believe they have resolved the issue, will monitor to make sure.
It appears the Packet loss has been resolved.
BT fixed an erroring interface in the network.
