For customers on the current platform (voiceless) we are now sending emails when we see a new device (user agent) or IP address make use of your VoIP number credentials. This should help mitigate and detect fraud. You can change the setting to just check user agent (e.g. if using mobile or frequenctly changing IP) or disable it (though that is not recommended). If you have an IP lock down, the warning is sent for any new IP/device that does not meet the IP lock down subnet but with a correct password, regardless of the warning settings.
