We are removing the extra £5/month charge for Home::1 customers on BT back haul with 80/20 capped FTTC. This means instead of being £40/month the 80/20 FTTC will be £35/month from your next bill.
This is consistent with our Talk Talk backhaul Home::1 terabyte services where the speed of FTTC does not impact the pricing.
Customers on BT backhaul Home::1 with 40/10 caps that have forecast speeds that could exceed 40Mb/s down or 10Mb/s can order a regrade on our broadband order form for £15. This does not restart the minimum term and usually happens next working day. This is no guarantee that your line will sync over 40/10, it simply changes the caps applied to the line sync.
