    Customers may have noticed that some of the SMS itemisation has been wrong on the bills in terms of the time of the message.

    Basically, some of the time sent logs were recorded in UTC even in the summer, but the time received was in local time, and so were some of the logs such as SIP2SIM usage.

    We have corrected this today, so from now you should see all itemisation on local time.

    Customers are reminded that if using our SIP2SIM service there is an airtime charge for sending a text (e.g. 2p) and if the text is to an external number such as someone else's mobile then there is an SMS charge (e.g. 6p), and these are separately itemised on the bill. At least after this change they should be next to each other and not an hour apart.
