We're looking in to why some broadband lines and mobile SIMs dropped and reconnected at around 20:30 this evening....
Lines are back online, most reconnected within a few minutes. This blip affected about 1/8th of our customers, and was caused by one of our LNS restarting unexpectedly. We do apologise for the inconvenience this caused. We'll be investigating the cause of this.
