We're needing to restart the 'e.gormless' LNS - this will cause PPP to drop for customers. Update to follow.

Most customers are back now.
This happened again on Sunday morning, and again a restart was needed. The underlying problem is being investigated.
We have now identified the cause of the issue that impacted both "careless" and "e.gormless". There is a temporary fix in place now, which we expect to hold, and the permanent fix will be deployed on the next rolling update of LNSs.
