TTB have advise that Some TTB customers are being incorrectly charged for Caller Display services. All customers on MPF, IDA & WLR single line services should have the Caller Display service enabled and it be free of charge. During the update process to add Caller Display features to all TTB customer MPF & LLU lines, a billing configuration error occurred which has resulted in a non-zero Caller Display service charge being applied incorrectly. This issue has impacted 102 accounts with approx. 2000 subscriptions in both the Connect and Consult DISE environments. This will potentially cause an increase in calls into Contact Centres.na
