    We have a small number of customers affected by a failed TT planned works (RFC67755) that took place over night. It appears a number of customers have 'stuck' sessions Impacted exchanges Eltham, Deptford, Brixton, Catford, Kidbrooke, Vauxhall, Gipsey Hill, Rushey Green, Sydeham, Dulwich, Poplar, Croydon, Thornton Heath, Mile End, Bermondsey, Lee Green, Bexleyheath, Grove Park, Greenwich, Bromley, New Cross, Thamesmead, Balham and Walworth Affected area code – 020

    Latest update from TT 'A technical bridge call is being setup between NOC, Incident Management, Service Delivery and Network Operations in order to determine the nature of the fault; so far both NOC and Network Operations has been unable to find any issues.' They need to keep looking then ...

    No word yet from TT but it looks like the affected circuits started working again in the last 20 minutes.

    The only update we had from TT was :- There was a firmware upgrade on the nge, it caused some issues with some wholesale routing instances.
