We have received reports of issues with several services including Supportal Line Diagnostics, IVR CLI lookups, and Availability Checker services (Portal and API). Supportal Line Checks are intermittently hanging at the check for related incidents marker, this will impact fault diagnosis by our Assurance teams. IVR CLI lookups failures will impact the routing of some inbound customer calls. Availability Checker failures are also being reported on the Portal and API services. ÂN/A
Business Application Team have advised that the 2 production application servers (PWAPP001 & PWAPP002) were out of the load balancer. Business Application Team have put the application servers back into the load balance. Time outs have now stopped and we are now checking with Key Business Stake Holders that the impact is now resolved Â
