Network monitoring has detected that following a card crash on NPE001.ply, some B2B and Fibre Broadband customers whos services route via NPE001.ply may have experienced Total Loss of Service between 01:36hrs and 01:43hrs (23/10). Impacted B2B customers may have been unable to use their Phone (VOIP only) and Broadband services and Fibre customers may have been unable to use their Fibre Broadband and TV subscription services for the duration of this Incident.
