We've had two occasions where a reasonable number of lines have dropped their PPP connected and logged back in. This has happened at 11:44 and 12:01.
Most of the lines have been TalkTalk, but not all. We're investigating further
There have been further blips this afternoon, although smaller in size. These occurred at 13:29, 13:32 and 13:39. We're awaiting a response from TalkTalk and are investigating this ourselves as some BT circuits seem to be affected too.
The drop at 13:29 was a separate incident and was a small number BT circuits - possibly relating to incident https://aastatus.net/27319
There have been further drops from 14:30 onward. We're in discussion with TalkTalk at the moment.
There have been no drops since just before 3PM. TalkTalk are still looking in to this, and a currently saying that "this looks like a tunnel drop on the LTS. [one of TalkTalk's routers]". More information to follow.
There have been no drops since 16:46 yesterday - we're still investigating the cause of this.
We suspect the drops were caused by something on our own network - we're investigating further and doing some tests at 6:30AM tomorrow (2019-01-09).

These drops were caused by separate events happening on our network at the time. The cause was due to a miss-configuration of some network interfaces which has since been fixed. We do apologise for the inconvenience these caused those affected on Monday.
