It has been reported by the CGI OSS release team that RFC66730 has failed and as a result Portal users will currently be unable to change their password. Users can still access the Portal BAU but if a password reset is required then this will fail. The RFC is currently being rolled back. However, this work will take approx. 2 hours to complete (the RFC window ends at 06:00hrs)

The CGI OSS Release team have rolled back RFC66730 and sanity testing has been completed by Business Applications. Portal users will be able to change their passwords BAU. This incident is resolved and will be passed to the Problem Management process. Â
