Root cause analysis has identified a temporary port issue located on a switch at Kentish Town Exchange as the cause of this Incident. Our NOC engineers initially escalated the issue to Virgin Media engineers who confirmed that no service (fibre light) was being received from the TalkTalk switch. Our NOC engineers then completed a port reset at 08:39hrs and normal working service was fully restored. This Incident is resolved and will now be closed.
