Network monitoring has identified a number of broadband customers are experiencing a Total Loss of Broadband Services, on one card at Maida Vale Exchange (MSAN-WEWMAI-1b Card 0/11). Customers may experience problems using their Broadband services for the duration of this incident. Impacted Exchange Codes: WEWMAIat Maida Vale exchange
Our field engineer is currently en route the exchange to investigate the cause of this issue. An ETA of 22:00 has been advised and further updates will be provided upon their arrival.
Investigations identified a failed CSRI card at the exchange as the cause of this Incident. A field engineer attended site, replaced the failed card and normal working service was fully restored. This Incident is resolved and will now be closed.
