Network monitoring has detected that Broadband, Fibre Broadband and B2B customers connected to Fort William and Oban Exchanges may have experienced a Loss of Service between 00:16hrs and 0017hrs (12/03). Impacted customers may have been unable to use their Phone (B2B VOIP only), Broadband, Fibre Broadband and TV subscription services for the duration of the Incident. It was identified by our NOC engineers that at approximately 00:16hrs, multiple circuit connectivity drops on NPE001.gla and NGE001.gla were observed which subsequently resulted in Broadband, Fibre Broadband and B2B customers connected to Fort William and Oban Exchanges to experience a Loss of Service. No further connectivity drops have been observed since service restoration at 00:17hrs and this Incident is resolved and will now be closed with further investigation into the cause of the Incident taking place with BT Openreach and via our Problem Management process.
