    CGI engineers are currently investigating this issue and updates on their progress will be provided accordingly. Due to the worsening impact this incident has been amended to a P2. Â

    Investigations identified that the GetAPIOrder listener was showing in the running status, but was not retrieving orders from the Tibco queue. Pega Ops have retarted “GetAPIOrder” listener and orders are now present in NSOM. This incident will now be closed. Â
