It has been reported that a number of Tiscali orders are currently not progressing due to a connection issue between the Tiscali Reseller Portal (DSLRP) and the Opal webservice. The impacted orders are IPVPN provisioning orders. 5 orders were originally impacted but this has been reduced to 2 via manual workarounds.NA
OSS Support have checked the webservice call 'LLUPublicProvisioningWSV3000' is active and not routing via the SOA gateway. A conference call has been scheduled for Monday afternoon with all relevant teams to troubleshoot this incident. Further updates to follow.
The NOC can find no network issues between the two servers. The details have been passed to OSS Support for them to check the status of the OPAL Webservice. Â
Following further analysis by Business Applications, OSS Support, Network Support, ISP and the CGI Wintel support teams it has been identified that there are a number of portal webservers sat behind the VIP identified by our security team as returning the 500-error response. The CGI Wintel support team have checked the PortalWeb web services and also advised that they cannot see any issues. However, they have also added that the webservices are load balanced so the cause of the errors might be with the load balancer itself which is supported by the TTT network teams. We have requested further details from the CGI Wintel team on the identity of the load balancer so we can then engage our network team for further assistance. We will provide an update as soon as more information is available
