Network monitoring by our NOC engineers has determined that congestion on our network caused a backhauls circuit failure flaps on routes into our NGEs (NGE001.WRE NGE001.BAN), customers connected to Chester Central exchange experienced total loss of service between 11:10hrs â 11:15hrs 10/04. customers experienced total loss of service to Broadband T.V and Phone services for the duration of the incident due to traffic being manually moved to prevent further congestion. Root cause determined that a pre-emptive move of traffic was done by NOC to lower predicted congestion later today. this caused a fie minute outage while traffic was moved between the time 11:10:00 AM 11:15:00 AM.
