    Preliminary investigations are underway with our engineers to determine the root cause of this network incident. At this stage we are unable to issue an ERT until our engineers have completed further diagnostics.

    It has been confirmed by our TTB B2B Assurance team that this is a known issue whereby high CPU utilisation is being observed on MAG Switches following config changes made when adding ethernet circuits. This is being investigated under reference 12281186 with our IP access team in conjunction with Huawei. No further drops have been observed since 13:15hrs, therefore this incident will now be closed. Full RCA will be concluded via the problem management process.
