We need to make a change to BT\'s UK Core Network that will unfortunately impact your services.

We\'re continuing to upgrade our 21C network hardware and software in the LONDON WALTHAM CROSS region to introduce more capacity.
Service disruption will start at 01:00 when the backhaul card is changed.
This should take about 50 to 60 minutes, but may extend to 2 hours if there is a problem.
We plan to be finished by 04:00, however if we encounter additional problems, service outage could extend to 06:00.
