Summary\r\nIt has been reported by our assurance teams that TAM tests are currently failing to progress via FMS and the Portal. The test begins but no results are being returned (remains on the retrieving test results page). NGA service test appears to be running as normal and our assurance team do have a work around by running the TAM via the Openreach portal. This incident may affect robotics.\r\n\xc2\xa0\r\nN/A
Latest Update\r\nIt has been reported by OSS Support that a patch release which occurred this morning may be the cause of this incident. Investigations are still underway and an update will follow.\r\n\xc2\xa0\r\n
