Summary We have received reports that the TTB website (TalkTalkBusiness.co.uk) is intermittently returning Service Unavailable 503 errors. This seems to be on the main landing page and some of the other links/pages off the main site. Â N/A
Latest Update A technical bridge has been concluded between Network Support, Unix Team, NOC, MIM and Security. Checks performed by our engineers were unable to identify any issues with the Firewall, Network or servers within the Unix team remit. CGI have been engaged under reference INCUK0009084357. We can confirm this incident is not a fall out of the Open-Xchange service outage incident. A further technical bridge has been arranged for 12:15 Â
Latest Update A technical bridge has been concluded between CGI Unix Team, CGI Application Team, CGI Wintel Team , MIM. CGI Application team routed traffic away from the offending server (PWTTW00002) which has restored service for users experiencing issues accessing the www.talktalkbusiness.co.uk site . CGI Application team routed traffic away from the offending server (PWTTP00001) which has restored service for users experiencing issues accessing the Partners.talktalkbusiness.co.uk site. Retests have been performed confirming service restoration. A technical bridge has been arranged for 15:00 to discuss actions taken to restore service to the two offending servers Â
Latest Update Following the technical bridge the CGI Wintel team need a further two hours to investigate the root cause of offending servers (PWTTW00002, PWTTP00002). The working servers are coping with the load currently however if the two offending servers are not returned to the clusters there is a potential on Monday due to load this issue may re-occur. Service has remained restored and no further reports have been received. A technical bridge has been arranged for 18:30 to discuss actions taken to restore service to the two offending servers Â
