Latest Update CGI have confirmed that Data Warehouse have completed the restore of the database and listeners. Testing has also been successfully completed and the incident will now be monitored until 12:00hrs (11/08) to ensure there are no further issues. Â
Technical / Suspected Root Cause The server was rebooted and service was restored. This was then monitored to ensure there were no further problems. As this issue is no longer service affecting, the incident will now be resolved. A root cause will be investigated and passed to Problem Management. Â
