    Summary
Network monitoring has identified that all Wholesale DSL customers may have experienced a total loss services between the hours 10:16 - 10:34 hrs due to a circuit down originating from London Harbour Exchange. Currently this is not location specific and all DSL customer maybe encountering issues.
