We are receiving reports across the business that access to the URL `www.talktalk.co.uk` is failing intermittently. A secure connection fail error is also being observed on different browsers.

Technical / Suspected Root Cause It was reported that attempts to access https://www.talktalk.co.uk were intermittently failing to a certificate has been revoked error message. Following confirmation the cert was valid this issue was raised in to the cert vendor Secitco for investigations. Their analysis found that that two multi domain certificates were in existence, one of which had been incorrectly revoked by a member of the Secitco team. To restore service as of approx. 12:13 a certificate renewal was completed and deployed by Secitco, ISP and Security engineering teams. This incident will now be closed with root cause analysis being tracked via the problem management process. Â
