    We need to make a change to BT\'s UK Core Network that will unfortunately impact your services.
    
    A list of your impacted services is attached;
    
    
    (This could take up to 48 hours)
    
    
    We\'ve found a problem in our core network, so we need to make some changes at Multiple Sites. 
    Your service outage is expected to be 5 minutes, however If we encounter an issue, and have to roll-back to where we started, the outage could be up to 1hr 15mins.  
    This will be between 02:00 and 06:00.
