Technical / Suspected Root Cause Following further communication from NOC we have been advised that the circuit routes through our VM and there were no engineer works taking place that would have caused a disturbance on the fibres. We can see the circuit is now stable and the light levels are in specification. We are therefore closing the incident. Â
